4. Intellectual Property Rights

Creative works produced through our collaboration will be jointly owned unless otherwise specified in writing. Client maintains ownership of original ideas, lyrics, and concepts they bring to the project.

The Song Workshop retains rights to production techniques, arrangements, and creative methods developed during the collaboration. All parties agree to fair attribution and revenue sharing as outlined in project agreements.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are established per project. Typical arrangements include:

  • 50% deposit required to begin work
  • Remaining balance due upon project completion
  • Late payment fees may apply after 30 days
  • Refund policies vary by service type and project stage

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client projects, personal information, and creative content. This includes not sharing works-in-progress, client identities, or project details without explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Song Workshop's liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequences arising from creative decisions or market reception of completed works.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Completed work and payments for services rendered remain valid. Termination policies and refund eligibility depend on project stage and circumstances.
